Meltem is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) with extensive international experience across North America, Turkey, and the Middle East. She is the Founder & Lead Event Planner at Welcomely Events, where she crafts exceptional guest experiences through meticulously planned corporate events with a global perspective.

Before founding Welcomely, Meltem served as the Marketing & PR Manager for luxury hotels and resorts overseas, where she organized high-profile events like the Turkish Airlines Open and the largest wedding on the Aegean coast—both garnering international media attention. She has also led international government training programs in British Columbia and the inaugural Audio Visual Investment Forum in Saudi Arabia, a pivotal moment in the Kingdom's development.

In recent years, Meltem has immersed herself in the web3 events industry, leveraging her luxury hospitality experience to create elevated corporate meeting experiences in tech, with a strong focus on client goals and attendee satisfaction.
